Late yesterday March 5 2008, The Federal Court issued an Injunction preventing Vicroads from Auctioning a series of new V Plates that look remarkably similar to Heritage Plates at Duttons this evening.

A group of Heritage Plate enthusiasts initiated the action to prevent the release of these plates on the basis that they are deceptive, similar and will devalue the historical and collectibility value of Classic Heritage Plates.

The current conflict with Vicroads issuing V-Plates or "look alike" Heritage Plates has absolutely confirmed the need for a collective voice among owners of these special plates.

The need for a Heritage Plate Register has never been more important where owners can join an Association and participate in a Forum where all issues that effect their values and collectibility can be discussed.

If you own a Heritage Plate(s) I encourage you to complete the Registration of Interest form so that we can inform you of all the issues and invite you to become a member.
